What is billing address?

The address where you receive your bills, card statements etc. are called your billing address.

 

What is shipping address?

The address where you would like us to deliver the goods is called the shipping address.

 

Can billing address and shipping address be different?

Yes, you can give a different shipping address.

 

Can I pay using my Debit card?   

Yes, we do accept all major debit cards.

 

Is the item I want still in stock?

We only have limited numbers in stock of items from our seasonal collections. So it’s possible that the product you choose is sold out(during the in-season period). When a certain colour or size of an item is no longer shown on the product details page, it means that the item with those specifications is out of stock.

 

Where can I get information about products?

You can find more information about the fit and fabric composition of each of our products on the product details page. If you have any other questions about our products, you can of course get in touch with our Customer Service team.

 

How do I place are turn/replacement request?

Create a return/replacement request by placing a mail on cs@sareeandsalwar.com mentioning your order id and reason of return. Once our team is notified they will send you a mail of recognition. If the reason of return seems legit to the team, the process can be initiated.

How and when will I receive the refund?

The refund process starts when we have physically received the product and the QC team approves that it is not damaged or without tags or depreciated by wear and tear. Once approved the refund can be initiated and shall reflect in your respective account in 7 working days.
